I really would like to get my site up and running after it has been down for a week!

I have not been able to access my site now for a week, I have posted twice on this site, get some help and then no one responds to my replies, can someone please help get my site up and running again.

I have the following message on my home page:-

Coppermine critical error:
Unable to connect to database !

MySQL said: Access denied for user 'ftas_ftas'@'lotus.x10hosting.com' (using password: YES)




I have a forum, photo album and calendar, all of which are still working fine.

Use localhost as your Database HOST in configuration file..

You can change this in "config.inc.php" in the "include" directory.

ok, sorry, really a beginner here, have gone into cpanel, and file manager, and opened the file you mentioned and cannot find where to edit.

Can you tell me where it is and what to write?

Post the code of that file. I will tell you what to edit..
