It is recommended to be logging into your account through https://x10hosting.com/panel to manage your account and access DirectAdmin

You have multiple accounts which is in violation of the Terms of Service. You are only allowed 1 account

the proper login is
https://x10hosting.com/login
the above login will make sure you dont get suspended for not logging in every 30 days.

if your using the x12 server you can NOT use the x15 server to access your account if its on x12.
of your server is x12 you can use https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/ to access directadmin.
but this access does not count as your required login every 30 days.
