I seriously need to cancel my hosting

I linked my already existing domain and when I tried to unlink it it broke the website I can't use the domain I payed for anymore I really need to cancel this service. In all fairness I feel you guys aren't trying to screw people over but my website is my business and what pays my bills so if something breaks it I don't have a choice but to cancel

The only domain name on your service is the free domain we offer. I am unsure what you are fully requesting if you can clarify what you wish to be done so I can assist further.

domain's and hosting are 2 different beasts.
x10 provides you the hosting, your paid domain name is just like the "link" to your host.
you will need new hosting if you cancel your account. (this will break your website)
