I think cPanel is down?

I think cpanel is down, becuase I cannot acces it.

I tpye in my cpanel username and my password ad it does nothing, it doesn't say failed or login incorrect!!

If you're on one of the servers that is down for maintenance, then that's why. Back when Absolut (which is currently unstable right now, Apache keeps crashing) when it was getting worked on after the reformat, I had the same issue. Give it some time.

The cPanel is working fine. Please check whether you are entering the correct username and password.
