I think my account was deleted

I'm sorry, but I think my account got deleted. Heres some other information.
If I have missed anything, please tell me, and I will be happy to provide you with the information. Thanks for your time & help.
Other Information:
I had multiple html pages, forums powered by the script phpBB, and another file named oldsite (where I put my old site's files). I requested a main domain switch, from my account www.cxg.elementFX.com to my paid domain www.cxg-clan.com.
My account information:
cPanel Username: shadows
subdomain/domain: www.cxg.elementfx.com or www.cxg-clan.com
Hosting Package: Ad-Free

Nope. Its not deleted.
Its still listed with our server on the Ad-free Package.

Hi,

It looks like you had your domain changed to cxg-clan.com but didn't update your .htaccess file which was directing any traffic from cxg-clan.com
to your subdomain which no longer exists.
