I wanna know if FTP uploader works

Hello whoever is infront of that panel responding my question.
Well my website seems to be http://organicosmorelos.com and so I made my FTP account on control panel to upload Joomla!
My best friend knows about this and he told me i wouldnt have any problems uploading Joomla! over here but I dont know why, when I try to connect with FileZilla I get either one of these messages either on FTP and SFTP protocols:

SFTP: Response: fzSftp started
Comando: open "organicosmorelos@organicosmorelos.com.mx@ftp.organicosmorelos.com.mx" 776
Error: ssh_init: Host does not exist

FTP: Waiting to Retry...
Resolving direction ftp.organicosmorelos.com.mx
Failed try connection with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known".

So if I'm missing some important step or I missed any clue I beg you to run me through this one please...

sftp isn't enabled for free users. Your going to have to use plain old ftp.

I cant use FTP uploader either it keeps rejecting me everytime

make sure its connecting on port 21.
You can also use your cpanel login for ftp, if that helps any.
