You can buy the Premium hosting package here: http://x10premium.com/. While signing up, be sure to choose to transfer your free account to the new paid one, filling in your cPanel username where it asks.

If you've already bought Premium, or forgot to choose the account transfer while buying it, then you can create a support ticket in the clients area requesting the transfer of your free hosting account to the new premium one here: https://clients.x10hosting.com/clientarea.php
