do you want to delete your account to upgrade to a paid-plan

The move to an ad-enabled plan is done from your adfree account.
You need to include the adcodes on every single page and have it reviewed by staff. They will upgrade the account manually once your account is approved.
You do not need to delete the account to upgrade.
