I want to use another FTP program instead the one from the CPanel

I finally got everything right about my domain and hosting. Now it is time to upload my website. I cannot use the Uploader from the CPanel because it only uploads single files not folders. Anyway I would use another program, let's say CuteFTP, but in order to link the current program to the hosting it requires some login informations. Doese anybody has any idea from where do I get these login informations? Should I create a new ftp account from FTP ACCOUNTS in CPanel?

Port: 21
Username: your cpanel name
Password: your cpanel password

That should about cover it - you can create other accounts in the FTP Accounts in cpanel if you'd rather not have your cpanel username/pass be your ftp username/pass (for instance if you save settings in the ftp client and it would get compromised, it's just the ftp that's compromised and not the entire cpanel access to the account).
