Hi peeps.

Username and password are accepted buy x10hosting.com. BUT when trying to access my account info i get this message

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I am unable to access my cpanel and ftp also.

When was the last time you logged into the forums prior to posting this message ? It is more than likely that your account was suspended for inactivity about 15 days back, 14 days into the suspension it would have been terminated.
