i website keeps going down and its been doing it ever since i signed up.

every few minutes my website goes down then it comes back up again i have multiple customers complaining to me about this how am i supposed to consider switching to your paid services when the free ones dont even work properly i would greatly appreciate some help with this matter.

free hosting servers are generally under heavy loads but paid hosting aren't.
