I unfortunately created this account before I had read the TOS. May I please be allowed to remove it and follow the hosting rules?

There is zero tolerance for rapidleech. You agreed to the TOS when you signed up for an account. You should have read it before agreeing to it. Your account is permanently suspended. Any access to your account (including backups) is not allowed.
