I would like a refund for the hosting service I paid for

I paid for the upgraded hosting service for 12$ a year but since then I keep on getting an internal error and cannot access the hosting panel. I would like a refund for this service and to cancel my subscription since I have not been able to use it.

Your service was refunded based on your charge back request. Since you did not give our team time to reply or correct any issues and charged back instead of the refund we would have provided the service has also been cancelled.
