ican't access my website/cpanel

hi everyone,
i have been using x10 since 5-6 months and i am very much satisfied with the service and support but now iam facing too much down time and now i can't even access my website nor my cpanel i have read on post that if any one is not able to login with http://newserveraddress/cpanel its account has not been backed up or transfered and is lost ,that means i lost all my database and all configurations made on the server.my site was small bussiness site and now i have lost all my members database.it is really very painfull and loss as i will not be able to setup it again.i request admins to please look in to the matter if something can happen.it will be very nice of them if they could bring my site back.

Check if you can access your cPanel by: http://66.232.109.231/cpanel. Then come and tell us.

Also read the news we are moving servers so most accounts are down
