Hello, yes I’ve understood that, but logging in your link doesn’t give me a reason to the suspension and using the green button of my username only takes me to a page of general instructions where I can change my password or improve to a premium version and gibes me rules to name my site, so I’m a little lost

Since you are able to reach the control panel, that means the service itself is not suspended, but the domain somehow got manually suspended in the panel.
Check in Account Manager > Domain Setup > Click on the checkbox next to your domain name > then click the Suspend/Unsuspend button
