My site won't open. I clicked on other site's cpanels posted in the forums and got prompted for a user name and password and mine just sends me to an error page.

I'm very new to this, any help or insight (especially if I'm doing something stupid) would be appreciated.

Thanks

Corey

Not your fault at all, for some reason there was an error creating your account. I have recreated it and PMd you a new pass which you can change when you login to your cPanel.

Do you know if this happened to many accounts or just this one? Possibly when you changed the registrations to create accounts on the new server?

Its happened to a few, we've noticed. But this has happened even before the change-over. Auto creating accounts can always carry glitches. Its a software program. *laughs*

I think starshine and I overlapped on the last posting so I wanted to make sure this would be noticed.

When clicking on the link to my cpanel I still get an error page.

Sorry, I should have told you, you might have to clear your DNS to see the change. I had to right after I did it when I verified it worked.

Do you know how to flush your DNS?

Try again tomorrow, your DNS might be the problem!

-Bugger, never leave windows open for a while, people post and beat you to it :)
