Yes. You are allowed to have as many x10premium accounts that you want, and still have only one free hosting account as well.

When ordering x10Premium service, you will have the option of either buying a domain with the hosting (or with the 2/3 year plan, a domain is included with no additional charge) or supplying your own domain to be used with the service (in which case you buy it separate of the hosting). Just be aware that only the 2/3 year plan comes with the free domain. The annual and 1 year plans have a separate charge for domains.
