Corey, I believe, uses another company for domain purchases. But you are able to ask for him to "Push" the domain to you, so you have full control of it.

As for the unlimited sub-domains, etc - I don't think that is possible.

No. If you get the domain you can ask Corey to transfer it too you and you can use it anywhere.

No. As MicroTech stated, you can either use it for your x10 website, or ask Corey to change the nameservers to point somewhere else, or ask him to "Push" the domain to you, which then would give you complete control and access to the domain.

Yes, you can signup for an eNom account at http://enomcentral.com. He can then push the domain to you and you can do whatever with it.
