If I start my website on a free account, will you move it for me when I upgrade?

At the moment my site is in development, however I am planning to move to a paid package later.

If I do this, can you transfer everything for me when I upgrade or do I need to do this myself? If you do offer this, how long would this normally take on average?

If you buy Prime Membership, you'll stay on the same free hosting server. If you buy Illuminated, a message will automatically get sent to an admin to move your whole account to the Illuminated server.

If you buy Premium hosting package, while signing up, there will be an option to choose to move everything manually over to your new paid server from your free account. I think it'll ask for your cPanel username. Be sure to choose that option. If you forget to do that, then after buying Premium, simply create a support ticket in the paid clients area and request the manual transfer of everything from your free account to the new premium paid account.
