That's a big no-no.

All being on paid does is change the plan you're on - you are still under the same TOS as everyone else, and will be suspended if caught with warez on the account or information/links on how to obtain it.

We couldn't discuss these locations even if we wanted to. You would just have to do a search, but finding one may be a real challenge. Most hosting companies will have rules relating to warez. You may be able to find one that is hosted off-shore, but again, you will have to do the research yourself.

did some researching. final4ever is most prob hosted on a dedi server.

Being hosted on a dedi server doesn't matter. If the server or company you're hosting with is within a country that has copyright laws like the US you have to follow them even if you do not live in that country.

You would have to find a hosting company that is off shore somewhere without copyright laws.
