It looks good, although the stolen computer has to be connected to the internet. And I would of thought if someone stole your computer they would wipe the HDD anyway, and reinstall windows to try and sell it on.

I have to agree with componentwarehouse. They would most likely just wipe the drive (unless you had CS3 master collection on it or something). Even if they didn't I know there are ways to get around this sort of security. Also I am 100% sure they would not connect to the internet before making sure programs like these were not active. You would have to be trying to get caught to plug it into an internet connection before making sure it was safe. Finally, no one is stupid enough to steal something and then continue using it. NO ONE.
