Um im a beginer and i need help using the cpanel.i now a little i think...i need to know how to take that index of thing out.i left my site empty...its earnandbuy.x10hosting.com.how the hell do i decorate it ...:dunno:

You need to create a site, or login to your cPanel, and click on Fantasitico and install that.

you have to get a web template and then edit it with a html editor

Okey there are lot of ways....But the easy way is fantastico (rpope904 wrote above).

For that
#Login to your cPanel
# find fantastico
# then choose any content management system
# It's better to select joomla there (apart from joomla you can use php nuke,phpwebsite...etc)
# After choosing the joomla you need to follow the instructions there....
# your website is ready with some example contents

The "*/ index of" means that you do not have an index.html or index.php loaded in your main directory. If you log in your cpanel, go to file manager, create file and name it index.html. Even if it's blank, it will stop the "/index" from showing.
