Hello there, X10hosting is not 'US only', but is available to everyone except for some countries which have a high rate of spamming, phishing and the likes of it...But even then you can get the issues resolved with PM's to the administrator....And are proxies allowed?

I don't think they will remove the "US only" offers ... regardless if someone can use a proxy.
Because its not just connecting from a foreign location, but when you click those offers, they will ask for a US address ... unless you can provide that, you aren't able to do the offers.

There's always the option of having a US friend signing up and doing all the offers, and having them send the credits to you to buy things with, I guess . . .
