Im having trouble.

Ok, I am having some weird trouble... I can't log into my cpanel going to http://dgunz.exofire.net/cpanel.... also I cant do any ftp right now? It does not connect, I use SmartFTP v2.0.... Now is there a better FREE one I can get?:dunno:
