when i click on my on my web address all i see is the message about getting help
how do i replace the index.html with a website?

Your file manager is what you can use to look at what files are on your hosting account. You can find this by logging into Cpanel, and clicking on File Manager.

You get your own index.html file by creating it. Either by using a webpage design program ( DreamWeaver, etc ) or using Notepad.
