I'm new - need help with my cpanel

I am trying to login to my cpanel http://www.strayed-angel.com:2082 but all I get is a page cannot be displayed error. The page is parked by go daddy at the time, but I have unlocked the domain for editing. cpanel says online in my server status. what am I missing?

You need to set the nameservers on the domain to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

ok I've done that, but I still continue to get the page load error. Any other advice?
