Im pulling my hair out

I have been doing this for over a bloody hour. And what make sit even harder is that cpanel has no damn images.

I go to my domain www.thejetradio.com - i get some apache crap.

So i got to cpanel it says:

Parked Domains: 0/2 so I try parking it then i get:
Error from park wrapper: thejetradio.com is already configured.


HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
