I'm Stuck; Having Trouble

In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

I don't have a cPanel Username, but my forum account is linked to my hosting account (I think).

I'm having trouble here.

I also got this email earlier.

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was:

And that was it...what is I? I've tried signing up twice and neither time it has worked. Oh and I think I picked Static as my plan, but never got billed for anything. I just wanted the free one.

Your hosting username is your cPanel username. What is your hosting username? It's not linked, but I can do it for you.
