As far as I know ... you can use your account to showcase photos or graphics, yes.
As long as it doesn't violate the TOS of x10, that is ( meaning no porn or adult material )
If you are just wanting to store images on the x10 servers, then your best bet would be to use http://filevip.com/index.php

You can host your own images, but you can't, for example, start a image hosting service like ImageShack or Photo Bucket. You also can't host copywritten photos that you do not own or other images that go againt x10's terms of service, like StarShine said.
