image hosting means no images even for forum/CMSs?

Hi to all the x10 community

During the free account registration a message appears that says that no image hosting services are allowed.

My question is this :
If I setup a CMS /Forum software and use a gallery plug-in would that be a violation of the terms?
(images of course will be all legal)

When I see the term "image hosting" I think of sites like imag*host**g.com & not some web sites with integrated gallery software.

Can anyone tell me if a gallery software (that is I think essential for a decent forum/CMS) is a violation of x10hosting terms?

No, using a gallery or CMS for images is allowed. But make sure that the images do not infringe copyright. If your account is used only to host images as in the case of image hosting, then it is not allowed.
