image hosting suspension

how would i get unsuspended for image hosting? because i need to get my files back so i can move to another web host.

Your account will not be unsuspended. By agreeing to the Terms of Service when you signed up you also agreed not to provide any image or file based hosting. Violating this clause means your account is now permanently suspended and you will not be able to got backups of either your files nor your databases.
