Images not displaying

I am a student and have been asked to upload and host a simple website. I have gone through the entire process but my images and background are not displaying!

What am I doing wrong

in what folder do you have the image --> [ Enrique.png ] ?

even if I go to file manager in cpanel and view images it does not display them, using IE or Chrome sane ussue

is the file name --> [ Enrique.png ] OR --> [ enrique.png ] ?
it S/B --> [ Enrique.png ] - that is what your script is looking for

I just changed everything to lower case thinking that was my issue

be sure file permissions are [ 644 ] and folder permissions are [ 755 ]

AND

do you have anything in the [ .htaccess ] file blocking image downloading - like "Hotlink Protection"

Just changed file permissions back to [644] from [755] and left only Folders at [755]. I also had already deleted the .htaccess file so there none there now. I had ensured Hotlink protection is not enabled and after all this still no images

when you look at the file size with File Manager - is it the same size as on your computer ?

I assume you can 'see' it without issues on your computer

U Rock!!! after looking at the file manager it got me thinking, so I re-uploaded the images but this time I used Binary for those instead of ASCII and VOILA!!!!! Problem resolved! Thanks for your prompt responses, much appreciated
