Imap ...imap...where Are You Imap???

Hi Admins,

I been trying to get IMAP to work for a good few weeks now, still getting the same old problem:-

Temporary problem, please try again later
Configuration:
Account: support+lincsgc.x10hosting.com
Server: stoli.x10hosting.com
User name: support@lincsgc.x10hosting.com
Protocol: IMAP
Port: 993
Secure(SSL): 1
Code: 800cccdd

Is there a problem with the IMAP service or am i not doing something??

What happens when you use that for username?

Hi,

I get this message:-

Your IMAP server has closed the connection. This may occur if you have left the connection idle for to long.

and i get this error message from the details tab:-

Temporary problem, please try again later

What happens if you don't use SSL?

If i untick the SSL option in the Accounts settings tab for both, it reverts back the the normal port numbers for POP mail and still get the same error:-
