Import my Wordpress blog to my host

Hi,

I need some one to import my word press blog to my host. My wordpress blog is currently at http://echo-unlimited.com
I need this whole blog imported to my host please, I need it by today or either tomorrow.
Il pm you login details to my cPanel on my free host (which hosts my blog right now) and il PM you with my other paid hosting details so you can import the correct things to my host.
