I moved from USA to Israel. I need to access my cPanel account badly. I tried Google Incognito and afterwards using a VPN. At the time, I thought it was fine. I am now country blocked and have a block due to network abuse (trying to enter through VPN). I contacted X10's twitter and the threads multiple times because I got no response. Can I please have access to my account (by changing my current country and the network abuse?
