I have been a member for 1 day, and my site has been up for a resounding 3 hours. One moment, I'm administering the site, then for no apparent reason, right in the middle of a request, the server dies. I go to the forum page with the information on which servers are up and down, and that page takes ten minutes to load. I then see that my site is down, with either MySQL or HTTP or both being unavailable.
This has happened all day.
Even when my site is up, it takes ~ 20 seconds for each page to load.
So please, your service is great, you offer an amazing array of features, but we can't enjoy them when the servers are down.
