Inactivity during Inability

During the recent server troubles, which have lasted for well over a month now, my site hit the inactivity timer. I could not log in to CPanel, so does it count against me? Can I get my account back, or do I need to sign up again?

The inactivity script was not running during the server cleanup.... Did you post a ticket to have a backup made?

I don't need a backup; in fact, I was planning on erasing that site. I just want my account back.

If you didn't get a ticket before the wipe then your account and all your files are gone.
