I upgraded to Illuminated in April, 2013 yet I'm still getting inactivity notices.

I see domain [ richguffanti.x10host.com ] has a IP of [ 198.91.81.2 ] - which is for x10hosting's free-hosting server [ Absolut ]
That is not a [ Illuminated ] server
In cPanel (not x10hosting basic!) down left hand side what is at [ Hosting package ] ? - you might need to click on [ Stats ] to see it

In your Account Portal (AP) - what is at [ package ] ?
