Inactivity Suspend Help

I unsuspended myself with the "http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/index.php?do=check" page, i then i logged into the forums, but i'm still suspended. I don't understand. I even tried logging into the forums, and while logged in, i unsuspended myself, that doesn't work. Please Help.

Unfortunately there's nothing the community can do for you. Right now only Senior AMs and up can remove suspensions due to a cPanel update, but for now we've turned off account terminations.
