you account is not suspended, it has been deleted.
if you provide with your cPanel username, a staff member can tell you what you were suspended and terminated for.

Remember You have to login here (On forums) once every 31 days to avoid suspension for inactivity. cpanel or account panel Login does not counted.
after suspension accounts are terminated after 10 days..

No! There is no way to get it back

No. Once an account is terminated and deleted, all of the data is gone. No backups are kept on the free servers in this particular situation.
