Hello. I'm having problems with incoming AND outgoing email with my account almend (flashbackuptool.com). I can't receive neither send email but using webmail interface, but I want to use Thunderbird. How can we connect with support? They don't answer support tickets 
Few days ago support contact me asking me try again to check if incoming email worked, but now (06/08/2012) it's failing again, and now Incoming AND outgoing email service.
I changed recently my free hosting package to PRIME, but until now, none of offered upgrades is working.
In the other hand, my almend is not working to log in the forum, and I want support activate it again so I can report issues.
Can somebody help me to solve this situation please? Thank you in advance!
