Hi there, i suspect i may have caused a bug.
At first my account was suspended due to inactivity (exam time)
When i got back in i was instantly trying to sign up for a Dreamweaver trial using admin@ and after many attempts i eventually tried to send one and got smtp socket (from memory) error 10 or -1 depending on the web-mail application i was using in cpannel

Now, it seems outgoing mail works on admin@ but incoming mail is blocked, i have yet to receive any bounce email to glean clues from it to give you any more ideas to the exact issue.

Im also a little confused, i can set up additional "identities" in round cube, or i can set up an email in c panel which is the best approach, i need no-reply (added in both and hope it does not cause more bugs) working so i can continue on testing and developing my site.

While im at it, i have a few questions:
Can i please get unlimited storage enabled?
While im far from the point where i am comfortable with the security of the code, what are the policy and procedures, for creating a dummy site in a special quarantined area, that i can unleash a pile of hackers upon it to tear though it like a wolverine?
What are the pricing options for when i go live, and need to deploy clusters? Is the virtual bubble Im in scale-able to the point where i can, in the short term just keep on throwing as many servers and NAS at it as i need?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Email: Really can't help look into this unless you get a bounce notification

Unlimited storage: You do not qualify for an upgrade at this time, as you must be using over 50% of your currently available storage (e.g. using over 500 MB), and you are currently only using 81 MB.

Quarantined area: You will need to purchase a VPS or dedicated server if you want to hire/invite people to attempt to hack you, as asking people to attack a server that you do not fully own is illegal under US Law (and even then you may need SingleHop's permission, as they manage the network aspect of it). Doing it in a shared hosting environment such as free hosting or x10premium means that you may at the worst case scenario find your account suspended because someone used your account as a jumping point to attack other accounts on the server or find your account temporarily disabled for using too many resources due to the extra load of tons of people trying to do things all at once on your site.

Pricing: You can find more information about x10premium (shared hosting) offerings at http://x10premium.com and our VPS (Virtual Private Server) offerings at http://x10vps.com -- the prime and illuminated upgrades are also available for cheaper than either of the two aforementioned services, but they also come with far less perks. A full comparison chart is available at http://x10hosting.com/wiki/Plan_comparison

Thanks for the prompt reply.
I apologize for the delay in replying It was so fast it caught me off guard.

I didn't notice the plans above $4 thanks for that, but they are still restrictive. Are there any migration issues with vitalization scaling out from free to as big as i need? In short, i need the all you can eat pricing model are there any above $4/mo When i am ready to go live, i should be able to raise quite a substantial amount of seed money. However we are raising money for charity.

Do you have server farms in any other places than the us? Do you have any co-hosting deals? Is there mobile phone reception in your server farm so i can set up a bank of voip sms servers? (log in verification/urgent notifications) There is still many months of development and testing ahead before we reach the point of going live, or bringing in hackers. Im all to happy, to make special arrangements and do so on a schedule. The simple fact that i can is a relief and one less nightmare to figure out in a very long list.

As for the email, i am unsure what to do about it exactly, i may get a bounce email, i may not. The last time i tried to use it was a week ago. Whatever bug is behind it is there to stay, until i get some help.

I tried to sign up for an account on these forums using the admin@ email, but that didn't even get though
after 48 hours of no bounce email, deleted account and made a new one. Still no luck.
cant send an email from no-reply@ to admin@ even though i have verified both can send emails successfully to gmail etc.

email trace wouldn't work:
Could not connect to mysql: Unknown database 'eximstats'
it does say "virtual_user to local delivery" but i doubt that's very helpful.

You'll need to specify the full path to php, e.g. /usr/local/bin/php /home/username/public_html/path/file.php

I've poked the administrators to see if they can shed any more light on the connection refused message, as I'm not entirely sure what that might be arising from myself. If the cron isn't working even after that, chances are you have some sort of php error in that file.
