incoming mail problems

I need to know how to set up the microsoft Live client for incoming mail on my account. the weird thing is that it "checks" with no problems, but it does not actually download any mail. Yes, I have mail in my inbox.

Incoming Mail Server: mail.radicalflame.com
Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) lotus.x10hosting.com
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)

I am using mail.radicalflame.com

Try it without using SSL.

yes, I have SSL disabled and still not getting any mail. I am using mail.radicalflame.com for inbound mail. I am assuming that is the right one. Is there a different address that I should be using?

Try just using 'radicalflame.com'.
