Hello, I have my index.html written and placed into the public_html folder of the server but when I go to my domain it doesnt' load up my website. It should up that it is unavailable and I should flush my DNS. But when I do it doesn't work. (I've tried this multiple times)

Title: Main Hub

Color: Black, grey, white

Clear your browser cache and history. Close browser. Open browser. Check site.

Flushing the DNS is usually a last resort, not a first.

Keep in mind, too, that your ISP (internet service provider) may be caching the page you're seeing (if it's one of the "coming soon" type pages) on one of their local servers as well. (They do that often with static pages/page elements to "improve" performance. It works very well when that's what you want, but when you're developing a site on a remote sever it can be a real pain in the patook unless you have control of the request headers.) If that's the case, you'll simply have to wait for the page you're seeing to "age out" of the server cache; it usually takes between 4 and 24 hours.
