index not loading

when i go to my site, it doesn't load public_html, it goes to: http://amysmitty.x10.mx/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi automatically when i visit amysmitty.x10.mx and i can't figure out how to load the www folder, it's weird. never had this problem. and i can't even find the files i've uploaded, can't find anything when i goto the site. can you please help me out, i really need to get this going?
