Hey ppl im having some problems with my index page can some one help??

and for some reason when i load my site in the browser i get some sort of ftp page that says index of/ then the directory of my site

i have loaded my index.html on the server but when i goto the site through a browser "www.thezone.x10hosting.com" my site doesnt come up

I know this may be a silly response, but did you remove the other index page that was the placeholder in the public_html directory first? Did you place your index.html in public_html?

Upload your files to the public_html folder.

i have done iv put a index there to test it but its just not working

instead of the web address giving the index it gives that other thing ???

yes i replaced it with a temp one to test it works
if you go on the site url youl see the index file there

Try index.html not Index.html.

worked lol now i just feel stupid lol but we all make mistakes thnks for the help oh yea how do you get credits an wat can you do with them

Post to get credits and you can buy domains etc with them.
