x10hosting is great.
It offers all the features and more that one could want from a free web host.
But...
As a new user on x10hosting, the one thing that I found cumbersome was finding the right information on the forum. I am no expert on page layout or information structure, but perhaps if info on support/creating an account were a little bit easier to find, there were would be less time needed for answering redundant support questions.
It is apparent that considerable effort has gone into the setup and mediation of this forum, but I think there is always room for improvement.
