Hello,
I am looking to start a forum and want to put it on free hosting in the beginning to see if it\'s successful and then I will later move to paid hosting. Right now I have an account at [web host removed], but I\'m not happy with their services. I browsed through the forum and wiki and could not find answers to these questions.
-Do you limit the amount of times an IP can access a website? [web host removed] blocks you if you access a website too much even if its your own site!
-Do you have a restriction on sending bulk mail? [web host removed] does not allow any bulk mail but it\'s a core part of some forums..
-Regarding the rules on server usage. Do you know if IP.Board uses up a lot of resources? This is the forum software I intend to use. And it is not nulled. I have my own license for it.
Thanks.

Also I want to add another thing I forgot.
I want to use my own domain, but can't find where the nameservers are. I saw them in the wiki. Are these the ones I use?
