inquiry regarding suspension

I believe that I am wrongly accused of phishing since I am only using the website as a personal site where I can display my personal photo albums, and other personal stuff. And I am sure that I am not doing anything illegal.

My site is not even finish yet since I am currently busy with work.

Please help review my site.
