Installing Joomla 1.5

Hi,

I've just opened a free hosting account, I'm trying to install Joomla 1.5. When I get to the point of the installation that asks for my SQL database (which I created) infomation it can't seem to connect.

it always comes back with the following:
Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

U must first create a SQL database as per the said configuration

Hi, thanks for your reply, I have created the sql database and username. I also know about have your 'username' then '_' before the database name and user. for host I've tried localhost, boru, mysql-boru. none seem to work!

Mysql was down. thats why this error was occuring. Mysql is back now you can install joomla now...

facing any problem again post back here....

Remmeber you mysql data is

host: localhost
username: (cpanel username)_(db username)
database: (cpanel username)_(database name)
